It makes use of technology such as smart phones, tablets, computers, TV and other electronic devices.

You can take readings like blood pressure, oxygen levels, weight and temperature, which can be automatically sent to a monitoring centre or your health specialist through the internet or a phone connection.

Your health condition will be monitored remotely so you'll get help if and when you need it.
