Support to get on and off the train

If you’re disabled or need support travelling by train you should be able to get help by:

• booking Passenger Assistance if you book before travelling
• using the Turn Up and Go service

Staff can meet you at the station to help you get on board the train. You can also get a staff member to meet you when you get off the train.

Staff can provide support like:

• ramps to get on and off the train
• someone to guide you on and off the train
