Carers' health and wellbeing Bereavement

Bereavement

Bereavement

If you've been caring for someone, losing them can be particularly hard. Your reaction to their death can provoke mixed feelings. If you lose someone you've been caring for, you may feel a great loss or a sense of uncertainty.

If caring for the person had been your main focus of some time, you may find it hard to find a new role in life. If you're struggling to come to terms with a loss, there are a number of organisations offering help, including Cruse Bereavement Care Scotland.
